KMTV-TV, virtual channel 3 (UHF digital channel 31), is a CBS-affiliated television station licensed to Omaha, Nebraska, United States and also serving Council Bluffs, Iowa. The station is owned by the E. W. Scripps Company. KMTV-TV's studios are located on Mockingbird Drive in southwest Omaha, and its transmitter is located on a "tower farm" near North 72nd Street and Crown Point Avenue in north-central Omaha. It also doubles as a secondary CBS station in the Platte Purchase area (northern portions of the St. Joseph, Missouri television market) alongside local affiliate KCJO-LD.

On cable, KMTV-TV is available on Cox Communications channel 5 in both standard and high definition (cable channel 3 is occupied by the Home Shopping Network). It can also be seen on CenturyLink Prism channels 3 (SD) and 1003 (HD).

KMTV began broadcasting on September 1, 1949, as the second oldest television station in Nebraska. It operated as a CBS affiliate, but carried secondary affiliations with ABC and the DuMont Television Network. The station's call letters were originally intended to be KMA-TV, reflecting its first owner, Shenandoah, Iowa-based May Broadcasting, which owned KMA (960 AM) in that community. However, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) refused to authorize those calls, as Shenandoah was not considered to be part of the Omaha market at the time. FCC regulations of the era did not allow television and radio stations to share the same base call sign if they were located in separate markets. May requested the alternate KMTV calls instead. The station originally operated from studios located at 2615 Farnam Street in downtown Omaha, seven blocks east of WOW-TV (channel 6, now WOWT, at 3501 Farnam).

KERO-TV, virtual channel 23 (VHF digital channel 10), is an ABC-affiliated television station licensed to Bakersfield, California, United States. The station is owned by the E. W. Scripps Company. KERO-TV's studios are located on 21st Street in Downtown Bakersfield, and its transmitter is located atop Breckenridge Mountain.

KERO-TV operates digital translator KZKC-LD (channel 28), which allows homes with issues receiving KERO-TV's VHF signal or only a UHF antenna to receive KERO-TV in some form.

KERO-TV went on the air on September 26, 1953, on channel 10 as an NBC affiliate. During the late 1950s, the station was also briefly affiliated with the NTA Film Network. It was locally owned by Kern County Broadcasters along with KERO radio (1230 AM, now KGEO). The two stations shared a studio in the lobby of the El Tejon Hotel, which was located at the corner of Truxtun Avenue and Chester Avenue. KERO-TV later moved to its current studios on 21st Street.

The radio and TV stations were broken up in late 1955, when KERO radio was sold. Wrather-Alvarez Broadcasting, parent of KFMB-AM-TV in San Diego, purchased KERO-TV in early 1957; when the Wrather–Alvarez partnership broke up a year later, Jack Wrather kept KERO-TV and the San Diego stations as part of his newly renamed Marietta Broadcasting. In 1959, Wrather merged Marietta Broadcasting into Buffalo, New York-based Transcontinent Television Corporation.

Syndicated programming on KERO includes Live with Kelly and Ryan, The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Extra, as well as the Scripps-produced Right This Minute.

On September 8, 2014, the station dropped the Sony game shows Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune due to Scripps' chain-wide effort to replace the shows in their markets with lower-cost local and chain-produced programming. The programs moved to KBAK, and were replaced with two Scripps-produced programs, newsmagazine The List and game show Let's Ask America (the latter being replaced with Inside Edition after its cancellation).

RTV Oost is the regional broadcaster for the province of Overijssel. The channel provides television and radio broadcasts.

In the first years, Radio Oost received money from the NOS . However, it was decided in 1988 that the provinces had to pay for the broadcasters themselves. A broadcaster came to contribute, the 'omroeptientje'.

In the very beginning of RTV Oost, only Radio was made. But in September 1992 there were also experiments with TV, under the name TV Oost. The lower house agreed to a three-year trial, on the condition that citizens did not have to make financial contributions. Regional TV turned out to be a success. Even then Queen Beatrix came to visit the studio in Hengelo .

Despite the success, there were still financial problems with the regional broadcaster. In the mid-1990s, East had such a hard time that the broadcaster was almost declared bankrupt. In 1997 there was also a 'broadcaster' for regional television with which RTV Oost was saved.

From 1997, Radio Oost started broadcasting 24 hours a day, making it a fully-fledged radio station. The latest news could be read on TV Oost and information was provided via text TV and Teletext Oost.

In 1999 TV Oost said goodbye to the NOS Journaal and was therefore dependent on their own news bulletin. In the years that followed, TV Oost's broadcasting time continued to expand. Nowadays TV Oost broadcasts news, sports and informational programs 24/7 with an emphasis on regional topics.

RT UK is a British free-to-air television news channel, part of the RT (TV network), a Russian state-controlled international television network funded by the federal tax budget of the Russian government. The channel's head is Nikolay Bogachikhin.
