Kontra Channel is a Greek TV channel. It was founded on 13 September 2010 by businessman George Kouri and Kostas Papanikolas. It emits from the NOVA in position 852 and the Cosmote TV in position 652. The program includes Press News, current affairs programs, sports programs, Policies emissions, etc. The station belongs to the Kontra Media Inc. which is a shareholder Gerassimos Tzannetatos and president of the channel is George Tsirogiannis.

Fox is a Greek pay-television channel, that was launched on 1 October 2012 replacing FX. Its programming consists of comedy, drama, science fiction, action and animation series such as The Simpsons, Criminal Minds, Suits and Legion with new episodes for the first time in Greece. It also broadcasts the biggest hit series in Greece in less than 24 hours after the US such as The Walking Dead, Homeland, American Horror Story and Empire.

Epirus TV1 (formerly abbreviated as TV1) is a Greek television channel of Ioannina. It broadcasts in Epirus, in western Central Greece, in Ionian islands, in northwestern Peloponnese, in western Evryrania, in northwestern Ilia and in west parts of Trikala and Karditsa.

Epirus TV1 started operating in 1990, with its headquarters located in Petrovouni, Ioannina.Radiotelevision Operations Epirus S.A. was founded on June 22, 1995, in order to operate the station, and extend its signal to the whole regional unit.In 1998, the headquarters were moved to Anatoli, alongside the ones of its sister radio station, Radio Epirus.As of 2001, there would be 15 transmitting areas extending the signal to the unit, as well as small parts of Epirus' other ones.

ENA Channel is a regional TV channel, based in Kavala. It covers all of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, Limnos and a small area east of Chalkidiki. It was founded in 1991 to help the development of private television. The channel is aimed at informing the public of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace for the corresponding issues Eastern Macedonia and Thrace with three newscasts a day. Apart from informative programs, it has entertainment shows and various other emissions.

ENA Channel's owned property is RadioTelevision of Kavala SA and was jointly owned by TV Macedonia and Thrace SA a.k.a. Center TV after the two owners have the same reference number in accordance with National Council for Radio and Television (6447 / E / 20.3.1998). However, these two channels have now split and are acting separately.

Founder and co-owner of ENA Channel are Bill Koukoutinis and Sia OE which holds the title radio station Radio ENA 90.5 FM which ran from September in 1989 and is working since 2007 with the Real FM 97.8 for broadcasting its program. However, the Radio ENA is the property of the same Vassilis Koukoutini, who is on the board of ENA Channel and holds a 25% stake while president of the station is Eleftherios Koukoutinis, who issues the weekly newspaper analyst which comes from 1993 and belongs to the Dimension OE and who has 50% of shares.

Moreover, owning possess the advertising company Videotex which began its activities in 1992 and the title of the web portal Videotex.gr which began operating on October 7, 2003, and in 2011 started upgrading an information portal of the station. He owns and the online shopping guide and business Smart Guide which began in mid-2012 and the summer of 2014 it was renamed to the current ONE Deals.
