Teleislas is a regional Colombian open television channel, which was launched in 2004 in the San Andrés archipelago. The purpose is to publicize the culture and events held in the Archipelago of San Andrés, Providencia and Santa Catalina.

The channel manages a varied programming, of the cultural, sports, entertainment type and even informative through its newscast Teleislas News, whose reports are sometimes given in both Spanish and English, since an important part of the population of this Colombian department He speaks English and Sanandresan Creole. In addition, in San Andrés and Providencia, San Andres Creole is an official language like Spanish, in accordance with article 10 of the 1991 Constitution of Colombia.

Telecaribe is a Colombian open television channel that broadcasts in the Caribbean region of that country. It was founded on April 28, 1986 in Valledupar , and starting permanent broadcasts from that same day from its broadcasting center located in the city of Barranquilla. On October 10 of that same year, it came out with the first official programming concessioned to production companies, mostly in the capitals of the 7 coastal departments. Telecaribe was preceded by an experimental channel called Televallenato, hence it is known as the first regional channel in Colombia. The signal covers departments Atlantic , Bolivar, Cesar , Córdoba , La Guajira , Magdalena and Sucre . Its headquarters are located in the city of Barranquilla .
